• You are not restricted by any applicable laws from using our services

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and complying with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

4. PLATFORM SERVICES

2xAngel provides investment opportunities, portfolio management tools, withdrawal services, and customer support. We reserve the right to modify services with reasonable notice.

5. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Our multi-level referral program offers commissions on investments made by referred users. Level 1: 10%, Level 2: 3%, Level 3: 2%. Fraudulent activities are prohibited.

6. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours with a minimum amount of ₹500. TDS applies as per Indian tax laws. Bank account verification is mandatory.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts, fraudulent activities, system manipulation, money laundering, and sharing account credentials.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for investment losses, market conditions, or technical issues beyond our control.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Accounts may be terminated by users or by the platform for violations of terms, suspicious activities, or legal requirements. Post-termination procedures apply for asset recovery.

10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Our platform operates under Indian financial regulations, RBI guidelines, and applicable laws. We maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and reporting requirements.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30-day advance notice for significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
